This is kind of a scam. I specifically selected an appointment time and they changed it without any notification. When I called back, they just indicated that the updated time was the only option and any earlier appointment time will result in additional charges. Very disappointing app experience and very disappointing customer service experience.

I'm experiencing several issues with the application. When I open it, all I see is a blank white screen. Previously, I was also unable to view the list of doctors from Ghakkar Mandi. I have reported these problems multiple times, but instead of addressing them, the support team has only been asking me to leave a five-star rating.
