Using almost 1 year; Galaxy S7. Great app. Has all the info I want, nothing I don't. I like that it is simple-looking, easy to use, and not all cartoony and fluffed up graphically. Would get 5 stars if I could print from it and if it would actually send a notification to the top of my phone like every other app, ever. Overall, I really love this app. Bummed for people who can't get it to work. I noticed my hospital updated their computer system and now all results are 1-2 days later.

Used to work beautifully. It saved my password, and entry was a breeze. A week ago, it said "cannot connect" for about 3 days. Thereafter, it wouldn't save my password. I tried to get Google to help, but it still didn't save. Contact feature is also flawed, cannot update med list, and when I sent a msg via the contact link, it didn't solve anything. I ended up uninstalling the app.

This app is horrible!! Can get information from a month ago, but not from last week, or 2 days ago!! I have experience with different health portfolios, as my husband and I both have them. This is, by far, THE WORSE. And no one seems to care when you ask for help.

This app is laughably archaic. I come from a different healthcare system and had to change when I moved states. I suppose Avera is too cheap to build their own app? In my old system, I could view and pay statements, look at extensive medical history going back years, and the schedule feature was flawless.

The signin is either broken or made without testing on phone screens. It asks me to agree to the assortment of policies, but the agree button is fully behind my back arrow. I cannot get in. Given how difficult the hospital pushing the app has been, I'm not surprised by more roadblocks, but an app accessing medical records should a) have good access to the agreement, signatures, etc. patients must provide and b) if offered as a mobile app, it should have phone-ready access.

I have a lot of major issues and people are putting me on a lot of different meds nobody's listening to me and the whole problem is apparently since you changed your system I am no longer part of the porthole and cannot correct all of the mistakes being made I don't know what to tell you other than I need care. I don't know why a doctor can get away with sending a person away four times without seeing them with a couple of them ending up in the emergency room. one just yesterday this was why.
