Hi MiChat Team, Please stop sending me the message: "Your MiChat account is logged in elsewhere. Please verify your identity." I did not do anything wrong, and I keep receiving this message over and over again. Today alone, I received it 4 times, and my MiChat account was suddenly gone. Why does this keep happening? Please stop disturbing or interfering with my account. I am using MiChat normally and not logging in from other devices. Thank you for your attention. Please help fix this issue.

Suddenly log out itself,and cnt login,no received OTP.. already mail support team still no help received!!!apps is gud,but customer service are poor.. How come simply can log out and shown device multiply login since am alone and handphone with me!!! unlogic...seeking help to login my back..no response!!!

Feedback system is useless. No response received even through already give email. I have been trying to login to my account for a while but seem I couldn't receive the sms verification. I'm not sure if anyone is reading this comment but really hope someone will assist to resolve it.

the app force ads as soon as you open the app, then the ads take over the screen and you can't use the app then they as you to buy a membership to become ads free. they should make it clear that the app is not usable without subscription.

I found this app genuinely gets people connected. i've not been to clubs or have a social life for about 10 yrs now & had only few of old friendship that still keep in touch. Because of this app, i'm getting a lot of new friendships (only a few of them i have met). People are always aware of the scammers. Eventually, you'll notice the red flag. Just not to give any of your info online, especially to individuals who are asking online..

how i wish i can rate this app --1 star, toooooooo much ads comon u can make it moderate but it's too much, every seconds.. does the admin not noticed it's too much, android version is like every 2 sec, iphone like every mill seconds, which is too too bad
