This app does well in representing everything that is wrong with modern software development practices and their consequences. When it works, works well. Problem is it will work fine then sporadically have sync or connection issues for no reason. File share worked about 3 times then stopped. App updates frequently, but no idea what for. Developer changing code to show they worked on something for the week? I'm sure it connects to 18 cloud services for no reason. Please just work correctly.

The app offers a lot of good features. Works great with Androids from what I tested. Not a fan of the notifications staying even after I cleared them on the computer. Can't close the window when in a call because it hangs up. It asks permission everytime you want to use the screen mirroring. Calls aren't a seamless or great in quality. I preferred using the Samsung Flow over this, had a better experience with it. Slows down computer and takes up a lot of RAM, battery, and CPU usage.

Overall, this is a nice way to access your mobile on your computer. I keep a phone window 'maximized' on the left side of my desktop for ease of messaging and to play games while still using my computer. Some apps need to be minimized then reopened to work properly. Occasionally the phone window will not load and the app will need to be closed completely then reopen, allowed to load, then retry the phone window for your desktop. Might just be a glitch, but it's annoying. Overall, a nice app.

Never used a more broken app. Can't place calls from PC without turning Bluetooth off and on. It requires it literally EVERY TIME I want to make a call. Oftentimes that doesn't even work and I have to start ALL OVER with the connection process to make calls! It has happened with all 4 phones I've had and both computers. Checked permissions on both computers and the phones. Connected to same WiFi and logged into the same account on all devices. Did Microsoft's troubleshooting. Nothing works.

It used to connect at least for a little bit, but for a while now it's completely unable to connect. My laptop and phone both tell me to make sure the other is on and connected to wifi, which they both are...I feel like I'm being gaslighted by two parents who really should just get divorced. When it does work, it's convenient so I don't have to pick up my phone to check and respond to messages and notifications...but since it never works for me, I know I'm missing out.

When the app is compliant and connects, it might stay connected for a full ten seconds. Reconnecting is a chore. This app feels abandoned. It is highly unreliable. So many people are having problems with it, and the amount of hoops to jump through for the vast amount of "fixes" that do not work is mind-boggling. It is nowhere close to easy to use, and is also unusable because it will not stay connected for more than a few seconds before disconnecting by itself. Total garbage, do not recommend.
