Went on the website to pay my bill, and that was having tech problems, so I went to the app, and that too is showing an "oops". It's not working either. This happens way too often with Cricket over the past year. **edit** I had to shut my phone down and restart. I was able to pay on the website after that. There is a $5.00 fee to make payments over the phone, which is terrible. **App still is not working.

work, when it works. but like many others gave said, it doesn't always. connectivity randomly doesn't work, and you'll just sit on a blank "cannot reach servers" screen. this is a problem because there are some things you need the app to do. tried to update my plan on the website, and it said it must be done from the app. which won't connect...

horrible horrible horrible. the price is affordable but forget any customer service. I've been hung up on, ignored, given the run around, double charged and they will NEVER admit it was their mistake. and they never return money! they simply put it back on ur account as a "credit" so the money it kept in their pockets. Never once has things been easy with them. it's almost worth paying more for a different service. don't think it's going to last, finding somewhere else to go

This app has connectivity issues, which constantly give error messages and can't connect. Takes forever to load into the app. Sometimes, randomly, when trying to pay a bill it won't let you, and has cost me a reactivation fee because Cricket wouldn't let me pay my bill. They refuse to own that their app is not working right and won't refund reactivation fees even when you show them proof. This app needs to be updated badly. I have been a customer for over 12 years and these are my only issues

the app refused to accept my updated payment method so I lost my 5 dollar credit. I have multiple text "receipt" saying I was enrolled, then it was declined. I used the same card to manually pay, now the enrollment works. looks like they just wanted an extra 5 bucks. also customer service refused to give me my 5 dollar credit insinuating it was my fault that the app wouldn't take my card. the same card I used to manually pay.

The price is silly for what I get, and what I get is mid. 76 a month for two lines with "unlimited" data and after the high speed is used, they throttle your data like crazy. Phone service is there, but the connection is spotty wherever I go, can barely hold a connection when I'm at work. Data connection drops every other day or so, forcing me to restart my phone to reconnect. And Cricket LOOOVES installing apps on my phone I never asked for, without my consent. I'm switching providers ASAP.
