been using the application for 2 days now. There are lot of positive things going on for Mappls with the features they are offering. But unfortunately there a quite a few bugs as well. 1. The application takes lot more time to load the map and start navigation compared to Google maps . 2. I tried at least 10 times to off the voice navigation. but it just turns on itself. I restart . I deactivated the voice navigation and connected my phone to android auto , the voice nav was activated.

Map view is blurry, when zoom in it becomes completely white and no place is visible. It does not work if the network is slow. Train routes are not added, even if you search for two stations side by side, it shows bike or car routes. Lanes are not shown, especially rural roads. When you search for a useful place, it sometimes shows no summary even though the place is there and it is shown in the correct place on Google Maps. There are also some other problems. Update these, everyone will benefit

One star from me. The satellite map is not updated at all. In my area, a new overbridge was completed around 1.5 years ago, but it still doesn’t appear on the map. Even my house, which was finished at the end of 2023, is missing — it still shows an empty plot. Many new hotels and shops that opened long ago are also not visible. This could cause serious trouble for people who rely on this app and travel to unknown places. The app really needs to update its satellite images and location.

Small suggestions: 1. Why not just label it Mappls instead of Mappls MapmyIndia? The whole name of the app is not gonna be displayed on my apps screen anyways (the name is crammed using ... ). 2. A good logo on the app is also needed. The current design looks makeshift and cheap. In short, the app is good, but the packaging is bad.

Experience so far 1. Good on Highways, lets you know which flyover to take and which ones to avoid. 2. UI is good but needs improvement 3. Need Satellite view 4. Doesn't show alternate routes. I was traveling on Ghodbunder road, Thane & it was red but it didn't show the alternate route using a mix of internal roads.

It needs a lot of work and I trust this company will replace GMaps very soon. We need more accurate location tracking, More towns, areas, cities, slums, mountains that are yet to be shown in the map. AI implementation, Emergency services options, Better instructive engine, Add photos and comments option etc. And I know you can bring more than what I asked for.
