I made an order on Sep 14 as a gift to someone, it was not delivered on the promised date. Print photo was not responsive and asked me to follow up with the courier company as the product was lost by them. Print photo was not ready to refund my money as well. After multiple follow ups, they finally sent me another product and it reached me on Oct 19. Product is good, but their service is bad. Though they provided some coupons to me as compensation, I won't order from this app in future for sure.

This application is awesome . I ordered a mobile back cover .Though it's my first time to order from this application ,I was little scared about the cover and the photo ,but it came up to me very nice . I liked it very much ,and I will surely order more products from this application . About the delivery period ,because of lockdown I received it very late ,almost one and half month later I got it . But I am happy because the product was awesome ,so I have no further regrets . All must order.
