The live location doesn't work when car is being towed. It just gives a message initially but after that realtime location can only be traced once the engine is ON. Now if your car is being towed by a thief and engine is purposefully kept OFF, you'r helpless. You get a message when car is ON but its already 2000km away. So no use. There are lots of GPS in market which gives live tracking even if car is OFF taking power from the battery. Why can't suzuki connect do the same? rectification needed.

definitely it is a good app for sure for the prompt alerts, fuel levels, mileage etc. but one worst part of it is, it is a paid subscription after three years. one side automobile industries are drastically changing their technology with nice features and apps at the free of cost for the consumers. but Maruthi Suzuki Nexa is still looking for the funds for the simple app. which is so unfair of business. I guess Maruthi has to think about their competitors once before they launch these.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Pathetic update-the app has gone from bad to worst. The so-called “location and trip improvement” update has completely ruined everything. Trips vanish for 2–3 days, location, kilometres and fuel range stay frozen, and it even shows the vehicle running when parked and unlocked when locked. Totally unreliable and frustrating! What a disaster please fix this mess immediately! And now I will have to leave all my work and rush to your service centre-ur solution

I paid for renewal for 3 years in Sep 2024. The app has not been syncing my data soon afterwards. It's now showing a message that the data is 250 days old. Do what I may, it won't work. My complaints by email & phone call also remain unresolved. I wouldn't recommend this app especially to Android users.

This app is sham. Disconnected from the telematic device 25 days ago but, no one is there to resolve the issue. When I visited the service centre, they updated the telematic device software but nothing happened. Three Visits to the service centre, numerous calls and emails but the problem persists. Pathetic! Pathetic!! Pathetic!!! and a waste of money. I would not have given this app any stars but without a star you can't post, hence one star.

App Crashing, i have uninstalled the app and install it again but still crashing. it was working before but now not. From last 15 days , I am not getting any resolution. I think its Android version issue, can you confirm is this app will work with Android version 10 or not.
