Can't turn off the notifications you don't want any more! Used to be able to go to Settings / Manage Notifications and turn off or on individual types of notifications for watches or warnings etc. Now you get "the voice" telling you that it's going to rain. I only want relevant storm warnings! Just deleted it. I can rely on other Raleigh area TV news instead.

This was my fav weather app but now it is pretty much useless. When I click on it now, it only pulls up a pic of the WRAL team but stays frozen there. Why does it no longer open? I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It worked one day and has frozen again. Can this be resolved? After numerous times, I'm fed up. I get the alerts across my screen but can't open to see the live Doppler or anything else. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

The app would be perfect if it didn't glitch regularly, like when you can't hear the volume on the video weather report, even when you click "unmute" and turn up the volume on your phone. It's also frustrating when it keeps giving you lightning updates, even though you turned that notification off. It's also frustrating when you get flash flood warnings for storms that are long gone, like hurricanes that have already moved into the Atlantic. Also, the app fails to open sometimes. Please fix!

When it works, it's great. Unfortunately on my Galaxy S10 that is maybe 25% of the time. I never know if the app will actually open or just freeze and not do anything. Closing the app and restarting it doesn't work. Just have to hope it does later or restart my phone. Also the lightning notifications come in regardless of your settings, which is pretty annoying.

Anytime I have severe weather in my area, this app doesn't seem to be cooperative. Which really makes this app useless for me. The radar is not accurate at all. The video forecast no longer has closed captions. It freezes and/or crashes. Now, there are ads all over. I just am on the edge of their forecast, so this is the only station that seems to cover this area west of them.

Not happy since update on 09/25/19. The temperature is constantly up on my screen now, and I can see no way of shutting that off. I want to keep receiving the weather alerts, but I do not want a constant temperature appearing on my phone screen. I have been to the alert section, and I can find where they can be toggled, but nothing as far as removing the temperature. Guess I will see if there is any way to undo this update, otherwise I will need to uninstall.
