I used to use this app a lot. I used to swipe through people just to find someone to talk to, and there was no problem. NOW, AD after AD after AD after AD. The worst part is that it's NEVER consistent. Sometimes, it takes 6 or 7 swipes to get an ad. Okay, not bad. I can deal with that but I SWEAR at other times, I swipe ONE person, AD, it takes 3 times for me to click the x to finally close the stupid ad, swipe again, BAM ANOTHER AD. It's overwhelming sometimes. 🙄🙄🙄

I have matched with over 1000 profiles. I have encountered three actual human beings, and two of them exclusively use the site as a vlog stream, and were not even matches. There is no movement towards screening profiles, many games feature the same flags to identify them by (poorly cropped photos at obscure angles, usually visible upon making the photo full sized) which could easily be screened by an ai, but the consistency in the tend is sus. Don't download, don't waste your time. 0/5 stars.

I mean, functionally, the app works fine and as intended. im giving 2 stars because the ads are invasive, I understand it is a free service and ads are how the app makes it possible to be free, but theyre the bad kind of ads, the ones that take 3 clicks to get rid of, and then you accidentally start downloading it and you feel like you just caught a virus..

Im not sure. The entire app has been overhauled. They got rid of Alot of bots and fake profiles however there is still a degree of it. I think the ones that are left are programmed bots by the app. Profiles will show up and engage then vanish. And the App says "An error occured". They have also made speaking to each other much easier. The best way to spot a fake profile is matching what their race or ethnicity to their image. Many will say something different than what the image portrays.

On the plus side, I do like the overhauled UI. On the bad side, this service and Skout are infested with hooker bots that make it near unusable. More time is spent blocking or reporting them scrolling to see who's online. They're easy enough to block, but as soon as you nuke a half dozen, more show up to take their place. The process to actually report them is ridiculous. It shouldn't take 8 clicks to report a profile.

The amount of fake profiles are insane, definitely over half are spam/bot accounts. Everyday I get 5 or 6 messages linking me to a scam site. I also abhor the verification system, if you have shaky hands, it's nearly impossible to get verified. Even if you do get verified, you have to get verified again if you change your picture. And at the same time there are active bot accounts with the verified mark, just get a new system, cuz this one is atrocious.
