I tried to check out and it declines my credit card all the time, I tried to add two other cards and those were not able to be registered. I called the bank and Wow+ did charged $1MXN to verify if it is activated the bank told me there is no issue with my card it is the app that just don't charge my credit card. I called on the phone to Wow+ and they just gave me an email to report the issue, I believe I will just use a different delivery service where apps work just fine. Too bad for Alsea

This app is VERY bad. We ordered from Burger King, the delivery guy NEVER arrived with the food and the app says the order was completed. We want our money back! We called customer service and they are making us wait, they also said that, if we don't see the money back in a certain amount of days, we need to call back. Are we going to need to fight for our money back? This is absurd.

Not good, I can never use the awards i receive because for their system is not showing anything, then before the year ends i lose all the visits logged as well as the points they start to decrease and i dont use them... so i am no longer using this app and i will delete it.

Since your upgrade, I cannot access my account. My email is registered but the phone # verification does not work. I want to keep my old account because I have points.

I had this app before and had registered both my email and phone number. It will not let me past the personal information screen because both login methods were used in the past. Stinky application.

If I could point 0 stars I'd would. This is a perfect example of what happens when management pushes the release of an app. Did you guys ever QA'd it? Do u have at least a QA in your team? Only the button at the bottom work, regardless of the area of town, I'm only getting starbucks and VIPs? I'd expect more from Alsea, what a shame of app. PS Give me access to your Jira Board and I'll QA it for you guys
