About this app

What’s New:
We’ve introduced our new Group Buckets Plan, which makes it easier to share photos and videos back and forth within a select group of individuals, offering greater control and privacy.

With Group Buckets, one user can invite others with one simple link to view, upload, download and share photos & videos. It’s the perfect way to share special moments back and forth with a select group of friends and family. Whether it’s the kids’ soccer game, a wedding, birthday, family reunion or company outing, Group Buckets lets everyone contribute to making great memories together.

Description:
Photobucket is an easy-to-use, and more affordable, photo storage and video storage option compared to the big-name cloud storage companies. Our powerful platform lets you save, edit, title and tag, organize and share your memories with all your friends, regardless of what phone they use. The Auto Backup feature in our mobile app constantly updates your photos and videos, and keeps your smartphone, laptop and desktop in sync. And our compression-free guarantee promises that the quality of what you upload and what you download never changes.

We’ve specialized in photo storage and video storage over 20 years, safeguarding over 13 billion photos and videos for over 70 million customers worldwide. Our mission from day one has been to be the Caretaker of Your Memories. There’s nothing more important to us here at Photobucket. Both Our plans offer 1 terabyte of photo and video storage, which is enough for 500,000 photos, based on 2MB per image, or 500 hours of HD video.

Features include:
Personal & social sharing
Group sharing
Photo editing tools
Ad Free Experience
Video playback
Mobile auto backup
Album creation
Sorting tools
Powerful Privacy Controls
Compression-free storage guarantee
Carbon-neutral memory management

Otherwise, Members may contact [email protected] to update their subscription information or to cancel. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

I paid the $5. I did get my old pics back. but trying to upload is ridiculous. I just turns black and never does anything. I tried the trouble shooting. I had only given it limited access. I switched it to full access it worked for about 5 min and is not letting me load anything again just goes black and sits there. I have to reset the app and start over to have the same thing happen. update: IDK what did but it's working now. there are somethings with the app allowed you to do that it doesn't.

I've paid your ransom, but you failed to show me these photos that I have. PhotoBucket told me I needed to log in to keep my pictures. Worried that I may have upload something here 15 years ago, when they were relevant, I found the old email account and logged in. Before you can see your photos, you have to pay. They won't tell you have many photos or let you see if you care about them. I've canceled the "ransom" disguised as a "subscription". Your app doesn't work.

This app service sucks. Bought the 1TB for $5/month and supposedly this plan allows video storage as well as photos. I uploaded the app , too. Tried many times to upload just one video---never happened. Only allows pics to upload. Immediately canceled my subscription. The links to customer support or tickets don't work and return you to the login page. Don't waste your time or money. Plenty of reasonable free storage sites available.

Photobucket is nowhere near the nice product it once was. This current update? Just more proof of a poorly executed product. Upon startup, you’re greeted with the sign-up or login screen. Click login. Attempt to log in, it jumps right back to the sign up/login page. Sometimes immediately, sometimes a few seconds later. Not only am I being extorted to access my data, but not even able to use the app to access it. Junk!

Won't even work half the time. I try to open my albums and view my photos and they won't load 2/3 the time. Usually, I either get an album full of little gray squares or it comes up with "no photos available" when I know for a FACT there are hundreds of pictures in that album. Tried closing and restarting the app, tried deleting and re-installing, tried restarting my phone. Nothing.

*Update* Since the last update I'm now able to login again. For the last year or two I constantly receive emails that I'm over storage limit. If I am it's not my fault that they've clearly lowered the limit since I first joined in the early 00s. I try to clear out as many pictures as I can that I don't want, but I can rarely even get the app to open. Currently when I click to sign in it goes to the login page then immediately back to the main screen. I cannot login at all anymore.
