Haven't really even started to use it yet put from what I can tell there are great discounts, coupons & rewards Plus, if you travel regularly or you are an over the road driver there are several thing that you would finifit from by using this app. Like reserving a Prime Parking Spot or to see if there is other available spots before even pulling off the road and other time saving things like that which are easy to use and really are more convenient than not, which I find is really the opposite.

If it actually works, it's a great app. Sadly, it's a tossup whether or not it will. It's awesome when it does, but 3/5 times I'm either having to use the card reader at the pump or go inside, then you might not get your points for the transaction when it does work. Been a couple of times I've had to file for missed points. I've not been getting my ten cents off when fueling, even though it acknowledges my card.

One of THEE most glitchiest apps I've been using for years. No matter what the device has been, updated, cache cleared, even clearing data, or uninstalling & reinstalling. It's always a pain. This phone is only 8 days old & there's already trouble. I have no idea how truckers use it. It takes forever to log in. There's always hoops to jump through. It's annoying.

Are you looking for an app that literally never works? look no further!! Pilot rewards will never cease to fail you. literally every time you try to use the app it will sign you out. It will never register that your account exists. when it does however, it will never recognize your payment and give you an error message. If you feel like wasting your data limit you can try to uninstall and re-download the app so that you can do it all over again! Slap in the face for all professional drivers.

well, it was great until it decided to keep logging you out. and when it finally would let you log in and keep you logged in, it would say there's not any stores within a 100 miles even though I was literally standing inside one. fix your app please. I'm not the only one having this issue, I know other drivers having the same issue.

I like the app. However, some of the tasks, after completing them, do not give you the promised bonuses. I wish all the locations had details as to what food services are associated with that particular location. The Loves app shows you what food services they have per individual location, which makes it easy to determine if its a place I want to stop. I wish Pilot / Flying J's point system was like Loves, where you keep your status for fuel. It's kinda silly how it resets every month.
