Super readable UI, gentle reminders that will make you feel guilty such as 'its been 210 days since your last workout', no in your face ads, weight tracker, BMI indicator, records your calories. Its everything you want as an amateur or as someone like myself just wanting to improve your core strength. Its been a great little app for me :)

Great way to spend time indoors! Reminders really hold me accountable. But lets be honest, you can download 100 apps but it actually takes committment and discipline. SO DO IT! Look at the abs on the screen, you can- we can have those too!! I hope. Lol. I'm still at it.

used this app for a long time. almost made it through all of the levels. then it randomly wouldnt let me get through ads. its just ads now. what a disappointment.

Been very helpful and lovely, with a simple user interface. I've achieved significant results in less than 20 days(I use the hard level 2 though😉) Pls do you have other 7 minutes workout app (for height, weight gain, speed or lower body)??

I have been working on abs for 20 years and hardly seen much results. Sometimes my belly looked a but in shape, other times it looked like deflated soft balloon. But since I'v been using this app for a week, I've already seen the improved on my abs. 7 minutes is so motivated. No more an hour abs workouts. thanks guys!
