App just started freezing 2 weeks ago and kicking me out while I'm watching. I cleared my cache, but it still keeps doing it. Very frustrating. I also hate the new homescreen. please remove the ridiculously massive "Watch now" scrolling! It won't even let me customize it so it doesn't show up. Ugh!

I used to be able to watch recorded shows via the app on my mobile phone. No longer can ..don't even have option to choose which receiver I want to watch shows recorded on. Consequently can't set recordings either. Yes have current app version.

the Bluetooth connectivity is garbage, I can't have any sort of Bluetooth device connected while I'm watching Bell doesn't like it. other than that the app is finicky when it comes to full screen, one little movement from my phone and it quits on me. I should've got Netflix instead of this. Bell is more expensive for worse selection AND service too.

can't watch anything - new update causes screen flashing black. Can temporarily fix with channel up and back down. happens on 2 of my android devices, but not on my iphone.. app was 10/10 before this issue

Too many ads and the video stops frequently. Edit It's Sunday and I can only find 2 games, why are all the games not viewable? This service is terrible.

Casting on the app is absolutely brutal.......if you want to fast forward you end up having to stop casting to the device. Then I have to fast forward on my phone, then start casting again. Plus.... connection time for casting has become a huge issue over the last year. Bell needs to update the app, it used to be amazing and now it's a joke and likely going to make me move to Cogeco.
