After the latest update, app doesn't open at all. It says "We are facing technical issue, try after sometime" Not surprised why the rating of this app is so low. So many technical glitches. I can't trust this App will really work when I will need it to work. Frustrating.

The customer support is non-existent in the app. Unable to track the last complaints. Going through the website tells you to download the app and going through the app redirects you to the web page to download the application. A Deadlock!! That says a lot, literally they have converted the website to the application. No efforts for customer experience. No real world testing or they just don't care.

Your app is very poor service and poor quality. For the past 3-4 days, the app has been closing as soon as it is opened. When I uninstall and reinstall it, the app opens and only shows the logo, but it remains motionless. You are not being fair to the paying customers in any way. You are rejecting the claim for unjust reasons. I regret to inform you that under no circumstances can I recommend Care Health Insurance to anyone.

Fraud... I applied for reimbursement for my mother's treatment and they simply put the claim on hold for few days then closed without adding any note. customer care says that it's due to technical issues. to talk to the customer care, it did not allow me to talk initially saying that my number is not registered. I tried multiple times and then it finally reached the customer care executive. please don't trust them. they will kill you while u r trying to save yourself.

Edit 21 Sep - The steps haven't synched between 15 and 19 Sep. The fitness tracker doesn't work as desired. I face one of the below problems everyday. I have tried logging out, clearing the cache and data but the problem persists. 1. The steps do not sync at all. After attempting to retrieve the steps, I get a message that "something went wrong" 2. The steps that are recorded correctly vanishes the next day showing 0 steps 3. The steps don't get synced multiple times in a day. update

Absolutely dissatisfied with the app.....none of the options work well... even the ph numbers to connect doesn't work.... it's been more than a month that I have renewed my policy and i haven't received my policy soft copy also....i have been trying to connect but have failed.... extremely disappointed.... request you to connect back to me and clear all my queries and send my policy soft and hard copy.... it's showing expired that my policy is not working.....
