They've somehow managed the impossible and actually made things worse. I tried to connect my watch to my new phone and was met with a message saying it was no longer supported (S3 Frontier). Well, since they force you to disconnect from the old device and delete all of your data in order to pair the watch with a new one, and my old phone is broken, I now own a fancy paper weight that doesn't even function as a normal watch anymore. Thanks Samsung. The future looks great.

I am so close to deleting this app and getting rid of my watch. A pop up window asking me to log in to my account pops up every minute or so - sometimes more frequently - and it doesn't matter if you do log in or not, it doesn't stop. Tried clearing the cache, updating, allowing background data, etc but nothing stops it. It's invasive and infuriating and continually gets in the way of other things that I'm doing on my phone. (Android phone, fully updated)

Sometimes, despite the fact that I'm local and connected to a lost earbud, the UI doesn't populate the ring button. The functionality is great, when it decides to work... If your earbud happens to pop out and roll into the grass while it's raining you're going to sit there getting soaked refreshing and restarting your Bluetooth and phone. In the end, despite the fact that the bud is close enough to accidentally step on, you can't find it because the ring button just inexplicably isn't there.

Resets Devices When Having Troubles Connecting!!! Simply put, I'm trying to connect my watches to my phone,(which has previously paired before) but everytime i try to connect it, the app somehow manages to forget that the watch was ever connected to begin with!! They made it so that the only way to actually connect the watch to your phone to have to reset it!! It's more frustrating than you think!!

This app used to be simple and easy to use. Samsung made it more complex and useless for our immediate needs. There's an encryption that is now automatically setup without us knowing it. There's no more play sound to find a lost wearable when you click on "find my earbud". There's more issues that I can't squeeze in the limited number of words we can post here. Samsung need to get rid of complexity between the wearable app, the smartThings app, and the Find app.

I'm old school so when I went thru the motions and took the time to pair my (first) watch with this app, I was impressed to say the least. I was unaware of the things that once set up properly, this watch could do. it's 10 years old but this app treated it like it was state of the art and guided me thru all of the settings that were needed to have a very valuable tool on my wrist that I never even knew was possible. Having it sync'd to my phone and PC makes me wonder how I ever made do before!
