Very bad experience, I booked it through Smiles 2 times and the cleaning service never show up. not recommended at all.

very bad experience: 1. I booked a house cleaning for 4 Hours starting from 6PM , and after confirmation, someone called me and apologized that the cleaning is UpTo 8 PM only- the app timing options is not updated , they are in need for programmers. 2. I booked a cat grooming at 8 PM , and I was waiting an hour , later I got a message from them that they are with another customer and they can come around 10PM . I wish I could share the the conversation here , really unprofessional !!!

It was very disappointing the way the Service market team functioned. I had booked my service on May 31st, around 11:00 am for 4th June at 5 - 5:30 pm. I get a service cancellation message just before the booked timing. At the last moment, where do I find an alternative solution as it was festival time too.

I was robbed during a home cleaning booked through ServiceMarket by smiles. A gold bracelet went missing, and despite informing them immediately, they’ve provided no clear update, no real investigation progress, and no clarity on compensation. Turns out they use third-party companies and don’t even have proper info on the cleaners they send. Totally unsafe and unprofessional. Avoid using this app if you value your safety.
