Can't even login bc when click text me for the code it says that confirmation failed. The part that is really 💩 is that I encounter the same issue with the website. I haven't been able to sign in for a while. I used to be able to use biometrics to login, but now it says something about session expired. Login with username and password. I don't know what y'all screwed up with the last update, but I hope that y'all fix it. Wish I could give -5⭐️ bc when I can't login, it's a worthless app.

Calls my home phone. I've tried to have the number updated to my cell so I can get into the app while in the store. Even after my ins. carrier contacted company responsible for the app & were told by the company the phone # had been updated, it wasn't. Since the savings aren't always available on store brands, it would be nice to once again be able to scan products in store. Wasn't the best app to begin with, but usable. Now completely useless. 4 days later, # never changed.

This app was working great until the last update. Now I can no longer login with my fingerprint nor saved login credentials. It also requires my to install this app update (again) each day I try to access it, even though this update is already installed. They've updated with "bug fixes" at the end of January, but it still has the same issues.

This is by far one of the worst apps I've ever seen you can never sign in using saved email or password or even use the fingerprint sensor. I usually just take the long way thru my insurance company's website which is actually quicker now. More than half the time it tells you it's the wrong password or email which it's not I deleted it a few times and then downloaded it again hoping they fixed it but they didn't. They shouldn't have an app if it's broken.

Every time I try to log in it disappears. Put in my username and then password and before I hit the info for username and password disappear. Then it tells me one or another is wrong. I uninstalled it and then tried again. I got to the app to work once. Now it's doing the same freaking thing. My husband's app does the same thing. Getting really tired of it. I don't like calling in an order because I never get the brand I need. Please fix this dang thing. Still doing the same thing. Why???

I've tried uninstalling and then reinstall on two different devices: one Apple and the other is Android however both have the same glitch. When an item is in the shopping cart and I attempt Place Order, nothing completes. It flashes and goes right back and does NOT order. You are saving a bunch of money but you will be losing members. I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. FUBAR!
