Worst application, I will never book again, you pull the customers will low fare while booking but while dropping you will charge an unexpected amount saying that it is an estimated amount while booking. If the difference is 10 or 20 rupees we can accept but it is 60 to 70 rupees for a short trip of 7kms. Kilometre shown in the application for the trip also totally incorrect. No other cab booking application is doing this kind of activities. If there is an option for 0 star, I love to give you.

Charged a higher amount for a trip. Even after several complaints they are not ready to reply.Reason they aren't answering. A very bad experience I have never met in my life.

The worst experiences with two ride. Trusting this estimated fare you should not book it. After the ride it will vary. no proper response from the support. Better to avoid using this app

This is the worst taxi service I ever had they are charging 340 from erumapalayam to Rainbow hospital for Non AC where as Red taxi charging 230. Guys from Salem I would suggest to use Red taxi they are far better than fasttrack I appreciate and Thank the Fasttrack customer care they reachedout multiple times and offered appolygy, refund of RS.240/- since there was app issue resulted in over charging and assured me it will not happen in the future. Congratulations on completing 25th year!!!
