Great game, TERRIBLE customer support! If their game malfunctions (and it does often), they don't even care to try and help resolve the issue! This has occurred more than once. I understand it happens on occassion, but doing nothing about trying to fix it is absolutely horrible. The game has caused a massive error four times now and no attempt at fixing it.

After the long wait times to fix log in issue, still play the game. downside is that the makers, while they deserve to earn money, have made it difficult to improve and go up in levels or get new characters without spending money. events they have are getting points for BUYING GEMS. the more gems you buy via google, the more points and items you get. they get you to earn items for characters just to get you below the amount of items you need, then you have to buy items to finish collecting.

I've been playing for over 5 years. Love how much this game has evolved. But as much as I have enjoyed this game across the years, there are so many things that the developers just can't seem to get right. It's a unashamedly pay to win, TERRIBLE GATCHA rates (0.5%) for the best partners, and the worst customer I've ever encountered in a large scale game. Often they will make you wait 2 days before they reply to your question "I don't know." Frustrating to no end, this game.

This game would be great and it's addicting. But it caters to the P2P crowd. So unless you throw a ton of money in, you'll never make it fully. I played for about a year. Then took a break. After a year or so hiatus, i missed it and came back. I still find it a lot of fun. Moreso than any others of this genre. It's simplicity and easevof learning is great..

the game could be an amazing game. issue being lack of support to nonchinese players. customer service is terrible. they have moved to more and more to a pay to play mentality and the events are built to MAKE you pay to participate. again, one of the most fun and addicting games but due to the money and lack of help from support, this game is a terrible choice.

There is no point in this game after you play for a while. Accounts with high million power levels shouldnt be able to attack beginners or low power level people. Or shouldnt be able to wipe your army out you been building for weeks or months. Kind of just makes you want to uninstall the game . You cant get nowhere. Soon as you try to save up you get killed by people with insane power levels. Thus game needs balance per power level.
