The Wolf Among Us is a five-part (Episodes 2-5 can be purchased in-app) series, from the creators of The Walking Dead, winner of over 90 Game of the Year awards. Fairytale characters are being murdered in this hard-boiled, violent and mature thriller based on the award-winning Fables comic book series (DC Comics/Vertigo) by Bill Willingham. I bought it a while ago and didn't get around to playing till recently. it's not updated for my phone's current operating system, so it runs terribly. I have to close the app and restart it to fix it. character models start to turn completely black, the frames slow down during long cutscenes, and worst of all the button input is completely off, you have to push like 1/2 to the right of the button. last bug fix was 7 years ago, so I wouldn't recommend it for any new purchasers.

I have been looking for a game where my choices don't just impact conversation, but the story as well. this game indeed does adapt to the choices you make. it doesn't just determine how the game ends like most choice based games I've played. your choices along the way determine how others react to you throughout the entire game. They also fork out into multiple major different experiences, meaning you can play the game all over and meet new people. I highly recommend!!

While everything else is top notch, I fear I can no longer play the game. There needs to be an update for Android phones. While the graphics and actions are excellent, the text has vanished from choice bubbles, and from the subtitles. It's really disappointing, considering I finally bought the full game, but not being able to see my choices, or read along (I'm hard of hearing), it makes it pretty unplayable. Prior to my purchase though, I was able to play the first episode with no issues.

I've only played the first episode because I can't afford to purchase the others but I ADORE this game. Y'all... the art is beautiful, the atmosphere is like comic book noir... It's dark and gritty and incorporates your favorite fairytales. I'm already invested in the story and characters. Great great great excellent job with this game. Everyone please play it.

I was originally having an issue where I had to click significantly to the right of whatever I wanted to click. I found under my phone settings a way to change the aspect ratio for a specific app, so I switched it to full screen and problem solved. Before, the game was unplayable, now, it is an absolutely fantastic experience. Great voice acting, great animation, and the choices all seem significant. Exactly what you should expect from Telltale.

The Wolf Among us has an excellent game play strategy and, lovely graphics. Walking is a bit complicated, you can't tell that it's not a movie untill that awkward moment when you try to cross a room. Still the game seems worth paying the cost for all five episodes. Give the user more to interact with, objects that actually shift the game play, side quest make life interesting, you know?
