I tried creating an account but it turns out that I can't because the account set up process does not cater to certain countries. I find that quite unfortunate and very restrictive. I am from South Africa and I can't register my phone number because the +27 South African number code has not been included. Thus, I cannot register. Please consider this review. I would really love to use this music platform.

They stopped some thai songs and continue in JOOX music which is not available in my country too. I love the app before because of its very smooth integration. But now, i can't play songs by streaming it with its lyrics. Its now cut off~ Why it happens? Please let us use it. The app Only supports mainland china for streaming. Please make it happen here in Philippines.

This music streaming used to work outside of china as long as annual subscription is active. But now over 50% of my playlists are greyed out, giving an excuse that due to copyright issue the songs cannot played outside of china, eventhough I am still a paid user. Tencent/QQmusic why are you scamming your users? first you changed the fees policy for latest popular songs/albums to be chargeable for extra money above & beyond paid subscription cost, and now this! How greedy can you get!

Very lousy user experience. Paid for many years' subscription and yet over 60% of songs were greyed out, not playable outside of china whenever overseas. Had to go through hassles of installing vpn/ssr tunneling back to china for all songs in playlists to function normally. This extremely poor experience is terribly inconvenient and frustrating not to mention unnecessarily time wasting. One country is not the whole world. Time to jump out of your well, froggy.

I really like the app, it's so easy to use and has access to a lot of songs! I do hope that there will get more themes released for free, since the free themes have too bright colors that hurt my eyes. maybe a cloud theme or red or grey scale

The Super Sound is not stable, it cause ticking sound. Once disable it, the ticking sound is missing. This happen in previous version too but not sure why after sometime the ticking disappeared. Now after update, ticking sound is back. Kindly fix it. Other type player all no issue.
