I spend alot of money on this game and I'm really frustrated that when I get back on it all the things I paid for are no longer there. this is the second time! $20 package. I had 6 credits on each thing to use when I get stuck then when I close out the game and get back on a few hours later I am seeing the + sign so my stuff is gone!!!! I won't pay anymore and will probably end up deleting the game smh! now i cant merge items in the mini game due to a bug with the game so frustrating!!!!

The game was easy, and then it got challenging with every level. It can take a while to get even 1 point, and there are some issues. When you're forced to watch an ad to get more space or coins, and you watch the ad, then you X out of the ad, it usually goes right back to the beginning of the game and you lose your progress for that particular level. Plus, the ads for Temu are obnoxious, and when you try to X out, it takes you right to their site, and again, you lose your progress. Still fun!

I really like the game, and have worked through 50+ scenarios. However, the game has stopped working. It will no longer launch. 😪 I cannot get to the Settings, as suggested by the developer, because the app won't launch. And I have already written to the "help line" - twice! Make that 4 times, without even an acknowledgment of receipt! Months have passed, with no response to any of my emails. Game still won't launch, so I have to delete it. Too bad!

I had it before and liked it a lot. Then my phone stopped working a day. I had to get another. All progress was gone, and there is no support to contact. it is fun, so I'm disappointed. one of the few I bought. I emailed the tech email provided but have not heard back. Thank you. I have not heard back after sending in my prior account that was provided. I emailed Friday the 5th. they are not responding. that is why I commented here.

I purchased a tile pass and never gained access. After several emails to support, they finally sent me an email saying my issues were resolved and in addition are sending me a compensatory bonus as an apology for my inconvenience. I got the bonus but never resolved my issues. When I told them that, they said no, that compensatory bonus was including what I would have gotten from Tile Pass. They lie and are untrustworthy. Shameful! Beware!! I'll be deleting this app.

Update: I emailed as you instructed a week or so ago...Im not getting any response.😢 When will the ads get fixed? Gotten too hard to find the X to close ad so it closes game, loses help features, $, and starts all over! 😭 Forces me to not watch ads and eventually losing earned help features. Not ok. Ive emailed several times. No luck. No help. Was my fav game
