I am satisfied with this app overall, it provides enough useful information and functionality for my needs. As mentioned by many others, an English language option would be greatly appreciated. My Turkish knowledge is improving but I struggle with the technical terms (for example in the subscription details). I am glad that the play store page provides English descriptions and there is customer support available in English as well. Would be 5 stars for me with the English language feature.

NO CUSTOMER SERVİCE! for months I've been trying to reach them but nobody ever works as an operator i guess because the bot hangs up on me whenever i try to call them. I reached them only once and we've been their customers for 10 years now. we can't use our home int FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. this has been going on for a year! that one time i reached them they told me that there was a fixing issue(!) apparently and it would be back in a week. my phone int doesn't work anymore either. i give up.

I used same type of phone apps extensively in two different countries with the same phone . In Turkey with this company, they literally drained my data. Trust me. In two days it took around 5 GB's with Türk Telekom. Nearly in 3 days of usage it used around 2.5 GB's in a different country with their provider. Our Turkish internet companies are scam. All of them. It is a culture. I have unlimited Youtube package in this, they give weekly free few GB's and if you use Youtube it uses that free GB.
