Have you even looked at your reviews? They have gone down very quickly!!! Pay attention to your users!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stop using this system!!! Don't purchase. No support, no support!!! Been installed for 5 years. Doesn't connect on mobile reliably. Maybe since last update, not sure. I can scan and connect, but next day it will not connect. Turn system off and on and connection works. Then next day can not connect!!! makes the system unusable!!!

Horrible, no good. I have clips that I need to record and after fighting with the timer to get to the right place, because it doesn't just fast forward or rewind, it jumps, so you have to get as close as you can and just watch, I will record and then when I go to end the recording, the app crashes! What is the point in having cameras if you can't even use them for their purpose?! UPDATE 5/16/2020 Still ridiculous. No efforts have been made to make this app user friendly. 100 thumbs down.

The app signs you out all the time and when you actually need to see something really quickly you have to wait for a verification email even after putting in a correct password and using the same device which takes a while to do. It's very frustrating. Please make a setting to disable this to be able to stay signed in, like all other normal apps do. Thank you.

I have been using this app for 5+ years with no problem. All of a sudden on 5/10/24 the app keeps signing off on my phone and tablet. There is no setting within the app to have the display "always on". Whatever the developers changed, they need to correct ASAP! UPDATE: As of 6/2/24 the app is staying on as it used to. Thank you to the developers, I increased my rating only to 3 stars from 1 due to their lack of communication. I emailed them several times and never received a response.

Since the six cameras were installed almost two summers ago, I've had to call the company more than six times because they turn off individually at random for days at a time. Some times after 3-4 days, they may turn back on, on their own, before a scheduled service date. I become very annoyed and dissatisfied because they weren't cheap and I expected better. 3.9 rating

When you open the app to your cameras, it doesn't load them all. What is the point of having it if you can't view all cameras? The cameras you can view are slow to load and there is so much lag time that people can leave a room and it shows them still there. Screen freeze is another problem. Overall I am not finding many positives with this app.
