The App is ok, though you will get push messages from their marketing department. The real problem is with their customer support. Emails go I responded to for days, if there are multiple exchanges, your resolution could takes weeks or months. All orders are held until complete, if you order back issues with a pre-order slabbed book, you could be waiting six months, with no option to split the order even for an additional shipping fee. You best hope there is no damage to those back issues.

Horrible still waiting on books I ordered last August of 2023 and with no way to contact anyone about order status. You call and no one answers, can't even leave a message because the mailbox is always full and don't bother trying to email. I've sent over 10 emails with no response, don't bother buying anything from unknown comics. Horrible turn around time and Horrible customer service what a joke of a company, I feel like these people shouldn't get paid till the order is shipped out.

For an international collector this is probably the worst place to buy comics. Customer service is non-existent, duties are not calculated nor information is given about them. I paid €32.95 for First Class Package International, another €1.95 for Route Package Protection and I had to add €41 to collect the package. Slow, unprofessional, now ridiculous prices for incentives, too many negative aspects

Irritating. You sort comics A-Z. Press back button & it sorts it back out to popular. Takes seconds to load. Every single time you add a comic you have to press back button. Load. Back button. Load. Sort again. Load. Scroll back to find where you last left off.. if u keep scrolling down.. load load load. Nobody has time for this. Makes you want to throw the phone. How about add comic button and stay on same page.. keep it moving. Barely have time to look at what's new.. load loading 🤦🏽

Not fully developed yet. No way to turn off annoying notifications. No way to filter listings within the app - comics/products displayed are pre-determined. Dark band displayed across top of app that makes it difficult to see.

This app posts 10 - 20 notifications per day on my phone and there's no setting to modify/stop nofications. It's just like Unknown Comics' spammy email newsletters that they send WAY too many times a day. Ever heard of spam Unknown Comics? Get with the program. Stop spamming your customers.
