Hi Bill Book Team, I’ve noticed that by default, the app fetches and displays the legal name of a business when generating invoices or bills. For practical purposes and easier recognition by clients, it would be more user-friendly if the trade name is fetched by default instead. This small change would greatly improve the clarity and usability of the app for businesses that operate under a trade name different from their legal name.

The app is good, and all the options are simple and useful. However, I am facing one issue. When I search for a product, it’s not user-friendly. For example, if the product is "Banana chips 20 Rs", I am unable to search using "bana 20". The index-based search option is not available, which makes it very difficult to search and add products. Please add this feature as soon as possible.

I don't know why mybillbook doesn't improve the templates and customisation of thermal print , no total qty in bill is very poor, only one template, In vyapar there are 5 templates and are clean and better customisation of balance, paid , You saved..etc..I am not promoting Vyapar, just tell u , please improve, over mybillbook is very good, but the thermal print template is poor , and it's very important for retailers, So I believe u will fix it and make me to give u full ⭐ STAR

My free version of the app stopped working suddenly one day. I reached out to the customer care and they tried to sell me 6000 rs packages. But I don't need anything like that. I just need an app to create invoices, no desktop version, no gst consultation etc. I would like to know why would you break my workflow out of the blue without any prior notice.

I deeply regret purchasing this app. There is absolutely no sales or support team behind it. I have faced multiple issues, raised repeated complaints, but the company has provided neither a solution nor a refund. Major Problem: I run two companies. When I set reminders for one company, they automatically get turned off in the other company. I reported this issue everywhere, yet there has been zero response from the company. Hai Team, Kindly note this issue and rectify as soon as possible, There is no thermal printer setting for hide s.no, code, rate and etc., and there is huge space between one product to another product and also kindly add product and their details in single line like - Item Name, Qty, Total in single line please add this for god sake, we loved to use mybillbook app but we also hate some updates are not there, small range billing softwares are having this setting in their app, but mybillbook not
