Worst app. I'm not sure if the developer even gets paid to maintain this app. Some of it's functions doesn't even work. For ex: it asks me to upload a document for shortfall. However, that button does nothing. I'm able to login on the mobile app using registered mobile number. However the same option on the website doesn't work. Request the developer to kindly look into this.

Experiences have shown that the process of claiming the amount is quite slow. It took me 3 months to receive the claim after submitting numerous shortfall documents. Customer support is inadequate, as calls often get disconnected, and they do not make an effort to return calls. The app needs to be more user-friendly, with a feature that allows users to upload shortfall documents directly. At times, this option is not visible. Additionally many features within the app do not function properly.

Not able to submit claim documents and the application is very slow, no updates no changes the same old application and even not able to know why there is an issue in submitting documents, I tried submitting a review even though they are not taking reviews to get submitted. Such a slow app. It need a lot of changes

worst app i have ever used, the team would insure for an individual who was born in 1966 but the minimum selection for year of birth is 1970, still wondering how in the world the app got live with such blunders. even the app is not optimized. please improve the basics. you can always contact me for developing better application if your existing team can't develop.

1. while raising claims, app asks for static details, like bank details, canceled cheque for every claim! this is a bad UX design. 2. it does not adds total billed amount of multiple invoices/bills of long running prescribed medicines. even if you attach 6 bills of 6 months for same prescribed medicines, it will pick details of any one bill. you need to fill in details of all 6 bills manually! this is another bad UX experience.

The Vidal service is very poor. They are not responding properly and did not provide clear information. I raised a claim request in August and submitted all the required documents. However, they kept asking for different documents later, which they had not mentioned earlier. Even after submitting all the documents, they again requested additional ones without proper communication and why Companies often choose Vidal Health
