This app does not work. I receive close to 5 or 10 spam calls a day. It is hit or miss if this app will block the call or just dump it to my voicemail so that I have to manually delete it. The app crashes constantly and asks to check my account. When i am paying money for the "plus" version with such limited options, this is unacceptable. I have decided to forward all my calls through Google voice "a free app" because it has better spam filtering.

The app is constantly checking my account status now. I've been having this issue off and on until the most recent update. Now I can't report or block anything. Every number I have blocked is still able to text or call me. Half the time the texts come through my regular message folder instead of going to the blocked folder. Blocking certain area codes doesn't work either. I actually started getting more spam the more I reported in this app which makes me wonder what's really going on...

Update: its working again. I had to call Verizon to reset my account. Seems that my account has been downgraded from Call Filter Plus to the free version because I didnt select to pay for the service. Verizon doesn't notify you other than to show a continuous loop while it attempts to verify your Plus account status. The free version is underwhelming, but it works. I guess. No longer working. Says "checking account status" but never gives access.

The app doesn't work. It just says it's checking account status forever. Also, this app allows some spam to come through. Some loan company kept calling for someone whom I've never heard of, and they refused to remove my number. i tried reporting them and blocking them but still received their spam voicemails. I'm not emailing you to "troubleshoot" the issue. It was working fine, so I doubt it's a setup issue. Perhaps the people you pay to keep your apps functioning could look into it.

This app has worked great until 2 days ago. Now when I click on a number to block it, I get a message saying "checking account status". I have left it loading for 30 minutes and nothing happens. I can't even close the app out or back out. I have to pull up my open apps and close it from there. Please fix this as I am getting bombarded with spam calls that I am unable to block.

It works okay. I was using the free version and I can only allow 5 numbers to be "allowed" and I hit that limit. so I looked at potentially paying for the paid version, and you are only allowed 10 numbers to be "allowed" to call. I am rating it a 0 as I feel you should be allowed to let as many numbers as you want through. I also believe that Verizon should just do better at not letting so many spam calls be made to their customers.
