Fun and easy to use. I downloaded it because I wasn't drinking enough water. This app reminds me and keeps a beautiful bar graph chart, functional, lean, well designed app. Definitely recommend it for everyone. My joints feel much better, I have more energy and less hunger because of the timing of the remainders. It asks age, sex and weight and you're good to go.

Wanted a gental water reminder. The app alerts you with a water sound which is fine but it also lights up your screen and remains on until you enter your water intake, instead of you entering it in when you are able to attend to that. It is a huge drain on your phone battery!! Had to finally delete the app! For that reason, I would NOT recommend it. They need to make changes to this app!

Calculates how much water to drink by weight, and height, and then sets an alarm on your phone to remind you when to drink throughout the day. For my body type, the app has me drinking a total of 64 oz. It splits the schedule into 8 parts: At waking, before and after breakfast, before and after lunch, before and after dinner, and at bedtime. It took one day to learn the schedule. The app provides the information to understand the goals involved. It's a worthwhile app for your phone!

I absolutely love how it reminds you when you should drink water and gives a suggestion of how much with an option to change how much you drink water. It's really great on how it keeps track for you. I even like how it keeps your stats like age, gender, height and weight in check - really helps with balance. The only downside I see that it doesn't keep track/allow any other beverage additional to the water intake. Does say it includes about 40% of other beverages in between. Overall - recommend!

I really like this app,I have to stay hydrated more than usual as I'm a transplant recipient, and this app is that extra reminder that I've needed. I would like to see the option to change the reminder for custom use...e.g. workout schedule, an hourly schedule, based off activity etc etc. I still enjoy the app. But I'm certain others would enough it if there were other options for scheduling. Also, a place to take down notes, or possibly journals to keep track of progress...

Does what it's supposed to do. I was stuck in a weightloss plateau, I had stopped drinking the water I should have been. As soon as I installed the app and started following it, plateau over and I'm back to losing. I would recommend this app if you're *willing to follow it* you will reap the benefits. Edit: after reading other reviews, I don't find it hard to use. You can absolutely swipe the reminder away, even if you haven't had the water, it will remind you again because that's what it does.
