I've been using this app for years and I've always loved it but recently my needs changed and I needed the premium benefits, so I went to sign up and I was literally SHOCKED at the prices. I think I paid like $20 for a year on my Journaling app, so I was expecting something like that. Maybe $20 a year or $1.99 a month or something like that. But no. It's $20 a month!! More than I pay for my streaming services! You are literally STUPID if you think I'm paying that! I'll just switch apps!

It'd be 5 stars, except for a new annoying banner smack in the middle that is nearly permanent (you can close it, but it will pop back up later) to push people for premium version. This is in addition to permanent ad banner at top! So they're getting greedy. It's so annoying, that the only reason I haven't yet switched to another of the many free list syncing apps available without ads is because I've been using this one for almost 10 years. I'll probably give it another month before I switch.

I don't like writing reviews like this. This app (had) been flawless since I started using it nearly ten years ago. I am IT literate. I only use Samsung Galaxy phones. My Google account linked to this app has never changed. That said, I "lost" HALF of the 200 notes saved/synched over years. (They are stored in an export file folder on my phone). Had I not done THAT, all of my stuff would be gone. I don't want AI, period. I want this broken app to work again without having to add my notes back.

I've used Inkpad for years, but recently the dev has started to include massive ads that take away from the minimalist experience. Often times they can be very distracting, and the big ones are very easy to tap on accident. I understand that the dev is trying to make some money, but they should consider one time Pro pricing because their subscription prices are insanely expensive and not worth it when you look at other free options out there. I'm strongly thinking about moving on, unfortunately.

This has been my favorite app for nearly a decade. I use it dozens of times a day; it's how I organize my whole life. I love the simplicity of it. Since the last update (which added AI and folders), it has become nearly unusable: it crashes about once a week, requiring uninstallling and reinstalling, which results in losing the last few notes. Has never crashed before the past month, now has crashed 3 times in a short period. Please fix it!

Their Support is non existent!. I so.ehow deleted some notes while removing a PDF, and wrote an email for help, I've gotten ZERO replies. I updated the app hoping that would help. it syncs each Note at least 3 times. If I open a note to read it, it re-syncs in, taking away from my 10 sync a day quota. Honestly, I thought this app was the Bee's knees, until they royally failed me in the past week.
