Absolutely terrible. Slow, clunky, with useless animations that go on even for 30 seconds! Frequent crashes. Impossible to make any bookings on the app, as the payment method field doesn't populate with the saved credit card and doesn't accept any input. It has been like that for several months, and Wyndham hasn't bothered fix it. Who is getting paid to come up with this garbage?

Before the improvements, the app was great, easy to use, & navigate. Now, it wants a payment method, it is stored in the app. When we go into check the card info, all is correct. We click update & still cannot book our room. We added a new card & verified the card in the app. To confirm the booking you have to choose a card. you choose the card & still nothing populates to book. The complete booking button is grayed out. So in need of booking a hotel but unable do to the improvements I assume.

Love the app. Ability to locate and decide on where to stay quite convienient. Profile and member account info available at fingertips, points and stays etc. Personal pref though use a laptop or desktop to book. My only negative would be offering member rates without breakfast in some cases. Still a points incentive, whereas other loyalty apps offer discounted rates on rooms, dining along with few other perks for regular guests.

this would be a lot better of it didn't make me sign in every other time I open the app. I travel a lot and use this app. it's a minor inconvenience sure but I used to not have to sign in all the time. for as much as I use this app I'm getting tired of having to sign in so often. I remember when it would keep me signed in. like add biometrics at the very least.

Pretty useful. Better than the website, which is prone to getting stuck with a spinning circle when I'm trying to book a stay. The app did mess up on charging, refusing to let me enter a CC number. I had to back almost all the way out of the app and try again before it suddenly remembered the card that I always use for this. Lately, the app sort order switched from highest-rated to closest, a more useful metric.

Great app to book and find hotels but they disabled the review portion of the app so you can't let others know if you enjoyed your stay or if it was not so great. I attempted for both of my last two stays but neither was an option. One stay was tremendous and the location and staff were terrific and the other was horrible, I couldn't believe Wyndham would even let a facility like that still operate under its umbrella. I certainly hope they re-enable it soon.
