Absolutely unbelievably disappointing app and camera. Camera is the "nicest" one I have but is less reliable, lower picture quality, and barely stays connected for more than a day or 2. I've had it for a couple years and it's only been connected maybe a few weeks total out of that time. The app has never refreshed the camera on its own and it's always a 30min ordeal to reconnect the camera. My daughters cheap minion camera and supporting app does all these things without issue... Disappointed

At first it was great. Now there are entirely too many ads. This is supposed to be a security based app for security cameras. If something comes up quickly where you need to see a camera, you can forget it. it loads with an app and then they pop up while you are trying to watch your camera. Developer, please limit the ads that interfere with viewing the cameras. These adds ruin it for use as a security monitor. I am about ready to get rid of this app and find another app for my cameras.

currently one star is to much. ads are overly ridiculous. There constant, I can't even use the cameras, the ads interrupt everything I do. On top of that I've setup with SD cards but it is constantly going to Cloud. Worse than a car salesman with the constant messages around each function trying to get user to upgrade. I just want my camera to do as I setup to do and record all per my selections. Never again will I buy. Really just seems to be app issue. Maybe a better app out there.

The software is literally malware. The free version has advertisements that have " your device has a virus click here to download antivirus" advertisements. Ads have fake X's and hide your menu bar , forcing you to click on the ad and open the web page. You get an ad when opening each camera, as well as opening the app itself. The app is really slow and buggy. Every few minutes they ask you to buy their premium every few minutes they ask you to buy their premium cloud services.

I deleted the app, disposed of the camera in the trash, and gave it a one-star rating on where I purchased it. The app displayed numerous intrusive advertisements every time I interacted with it. Furthermore, I wasted 4 minutes and 36 seconds before I could successfully see the camera through the extensive ads and pop-up notifications. I also felt forced to purchase a premium version, rather than enjoying free access as promised.
