Very basic app... but the prints came out well. Has a lot of scope for improvement. Checkout Shutterfly guys. Some major cons: Once you create something and ship it out, there is no way to go back and look at it again to reuse the same for another person with slight modifications. You have to recreate the entire photo book again. Another issue, once you select hard cover with glossy and close the app, you cannot change that to matte when you come back again to ship it. The only way to do it is recreate the entire photobook. Little annoying.

As per the customer support, you can place order for someone but there is no place in the product packaging where it can be mentioned who has placed the order. After placing the order, the order image is not displayed in the order details. You can only see the order list. Customer support is not professional at all. Photo editing tools doesn't work at all

From website only i am able to track order. But what is Point of having the world class application of you have go to website and then track your order, just because app crashes every time you want to see your orders? Also, i paid for my order from Amazon pay and both the transaction failed. Order was placed atleast 5 minute after money deduction. Let me tell you that Zoomin app do not works properly and i personally will never use it again, instead i will use website.

application is very slow, most of the time it was loading and didn't go to next step. while ordering, estimated delivery date is quicker when opt for express delivery option. After ordered, estimated date changed and it extended to 4 to 5 days later than initial estimated date, even though we paid extra for express delivery service we don't have any other option we need to wait.

I ordered a gift for my girlfriend on August 26, with express delivery, it was expected to reach maximum by 2 September. it's already 5 september and the gift is still in transit. Its second time when zoomin has not delivered the product on given timeline Please do provide, the exact time in which you can deliver the product. It will help your customer to make a decision better as gifts are meant to be delivered on time.

Deliver late and do not respond. Delivery date doesn't update on app and no response from customer care. Use the app at your own risk as they won't resolve your problem and won't do anything about it. Your order will just get delayed even after paying for the fastest delivery. Waste of money and time.
