I was 6 months into doing daily readings and they totally changed the format. Now I have to start all over. I chose this app because it didn't make you choose some gimmicky reading plan in order to read the Bible daily. It had daily scriptures on a calendar that you could mark off when done. I will be looking for another app, I'm very disappointed that they would change half way through the year.

I've tried a number of King James Bible apps in recent years, but this one is by far the best. It's clean, well arranged, and easy to navigate, with large, clear type, which makes it easy to read. In addition to the text itself, the user can make separate lists of "favorite" verses and "bookmarked" verses.. (One of my lists is almost a "mini-Bible," containing dozens of my favorite verses.) You could also use one of the lists for verses you're memorizing. There are ads, but they're very small, and don't get in the way. Highly recommended.

Thank you for fixing the bug ! I love this app . I love the daily readings , I love being able to favorite, bookmark and leave notes for scriptures. The words spoken by Jesus are in red which helps tremendously amd you're able to search keywords and scriptures if you can't remember what a scripture is. My favorite is the dark mode for the app. I've been using for years and will continue to do so.

This is the best Bible app I've come across, easy to use and has lots of features for looking up passages, quotes, and other references. Not sure when they updated it, but the read-aloud feature is now much easier to use. To make it perfect the voice could be improved so as not to sound so computer-generated and monotoned, but I still give it 5 stars.

*UPDATE* THANK YOU FOR FIXING! I CAN OPEN AND USE IT NOW! WAS a great app. I've had this Bible app downloaded for years! Never had a problem. I used it daily until 3 days ago it keeps saying there is a bug and won't open. Please fix. This is my go to electronic Bible. So easy to use, navigate, find scriptures and it reads to me on the go. Haven't found one like it. Please fix!

It was a 5 star until June 21st. They remove the search words from the paragraphs, now there is an empty space where the search word is supposed to be in highlights; why can't we just leave well enough alone please !!!!! September 21st 2025: from another upgrade to another new bug, the search sequence is off it starts from the bottom and you have to scroll down to get to the top where it begins. This is in every search. Here we go again !!! There is no Is scroll bar
