I love using Happy Fresh to do my weekly groceries shopping. The only downside for me is, shopper is not able to make any change (like change of delivery date, delivery address, etc) once the order is confirmed and paid. At the moment, shopper is only able to use the app to add more item to the existing confirmed order prior to delivery. Please add more functions to make the app more useful. Thanks.

Very bad for first experience using this app. The listed prices are not match with real price at store. And the real prices are 2-3 times, more expensive. It's not acceptable for me. And this case would also give problem and inconvenience for shopper/driver. If the shopper haven't in the store yet, I really would cancel my order. I reallly appreciate the shopper.

A lot of the items were wrong. And wrong items were chosen for replacement products. He didnt message me to ask about replacing products like he is supposed to and the progress bar of the shopping was all messed up. I DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS AND I MYSELF WONT BE USING IT AGAIN. Also prices are WAYYYY too high. Youre charging extra price for each item and also charging extra for delivery and service?? Are you for real? Extremely disappointed with the service . I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.

Very unsatisfed. If u bought and actual deliver can be half of them due to out of stock. And the shopper don't inform u, u paid for the shoper and deliver for 10RM but receive half which means u have to order again. Don't be fooled of discounted items that is out of stock if u order. I've order 3 times and it happened all the time out of stock or not discounted price. The customer service also terrible they don't know what's their service. It's wasting my time i have to shop again. Darn!!

I used to rely on happy fresh for my groceries. but this time the service was terrible. I ordered a few items as always through the apps. when my order arrived at home, one item was wrong, I ordered white snapper fillet 2 packs but shopper sent me 1 pack Salmon fillet. Directly I tried to found contact customer service phone and I didn't found it in apps, but any complain send by email. Until now I don't get any feedback from happy fresh through email or phone. So disappointed.
