Easy to use and subscribe to things, my only gripe is you can't change your email address. At all. not even through customer service. So if you want to use a different email address you need to create a new account under that email address which means any subscriptions you have have to be cancelled and set back up again. IMO any online accounts that does not allow someone to update their email address is sort of outdated. Had to get a refund for one item but they cancelled ALL subscriptions!

Previously gave 1 star because the log in was terrible. Now logged in ok but find that when you buy and pay for something it doesn't clear your basket, so if you don't notice you buy things again. I ordered items for delivery, couldn't find any confirmation email or text the next day so checked and saw things still in the basket - assumed it was a payment error so paid again. I now have one delivery yesterday and another duplicate today.

Not sure if this is to do with the app or Pets at Home itself but I have had a shocking experience so far. I have an easy-repeat order set up and it's completely ignoring the item I selected as a substitute when one of the foods is out of stock. The substitute is 100% in stock in store, I have checked! I have enquired several times about it and I am not getting any help. I recommend you look into this issue ASAP. Also, when I click on my basket, the app doesn't load anything.

I have used Pets web site to order many times, although the website is getting better there are still problems. While trying to look at info my screen suddenly changes back to the previous page, it's slow and judders. Hence removing 1 star. The other star I've dropped is for items that went into my basket but when I tried to pay I was then informed of items out of stock and was told to remove them from my basket. The item I really needed was out of stock. Maybe offer notifications when back pl

Awful! The company have sent people to my house to harass me after missending product to me that I did not order. after multiple chats they still haven't sent what was ordered through this app. they have lied repeatedly (multiple different members of staff) and have started to use my contact information that they got through this app to harass me in other ways. do not use this app to shop and do not let them get your personal information!

signs me out/takes a while to register that I'm signed in. none of my coupons update. I went by 3 months with no new coupons at all. uninstalled then reinstalled the app to find them all there but it's now done it again. it's a bit frustrating having to do this just to access the coupons. you can't get them any other way. shopping on the app regularly crashes or takes too long to load. user interface doesn't feel very intuitive
