Helpling is an innovative online marketplace, helping you to connect with insured domestic cleaners. With our app, you can find and book insured domestic cleaners in your area and conveniently manage your bookings. Simply create a profile or use your existing Helpling customer details to access the app. The Helpling app is only available for customers in Germany, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Australia and Singapore.
** How Helpling works **
1. Enter your postcode to see if there are any cleaners in your area
2. Choose frequency, duration and date
3. Enter your contact information
4. The cleaner will attend on the agreed date once confirmed

One thing I hate is they just throw you a random date and time if your selected slot if not available. How about instead of throwing a random date, enquire to each customer what are your preferred day and slots AND THEN propose a date and time. If a person specifically request for the next nearest slot, then fine propose it. At least consult from the customer perspective first. And on the app, at least let us cancel on the app if the slot is not even a confirmed slot.

Difficult to make appointment with my preferred vendor. It has been 2 weeks and the app is still showing no availability for preferred vendor in upcoming weeks, even though I feedback to Helpling via WhatsApp and vendor said she is free on the dates I wanted. I had to check availability and make bookings via WhatsApp which defeats the purpose and makes scheduling very painful. 2 stars solely for the vendor, otherwise would have given 1 on overall experience with scheduling and app experience.

the app just doesn't work most of the time. it keeps asking for a restart but nothing happens. my wife had different issues with the UX etc. it's a complete shame because the person who came was lovely and did a great job

I was scammed and Helpling said they couldn't do anything about it. We hired a cleaner who never arrived, yet charged us the full amount. Both my husband and mother waited at home for the entire duration. The cleaner claimed he was outside for two hours without ever ringing the bell. When I disputed the charge, Helpling claimed there is nothing they can do about it.

have tried using other platforms but still prefer Helpling who provides more well-trained helper and seamlessly booking process via App.

They put unrealistic timeslots for services within the App which are fully booked. Then throw you a random date expecting you to comply with their terms and conditions over WhatsApp that are unfavourable toward you. That is probably boerline leaning toward false advertising.
