The app feels average and unreliable. Each time I need to check something, the poor UI stands out. With 50+ recordings in a day, finding one video is frustrating. After opening a video, going back to the library means starting over and scrolling through the same list just to click next, repeating this dozens of times. A simple back button should return you to the library so you can continue where you left off.

This is not so good app. I've brought 2 cameras, one camera is near to the router (it's mounted outside) and other one is far (it's mounted inside). The outside camera keeps loosing connection to the router even though it's near to router, it's frustrating to scan the qr code. There is no option to add the device based on Mac address. Either qubo has to fix this issue or go with other brand. Whenever camera looses connection, we have to scan the QR code which is most frustrating

Don't ever buy this product. The product is unserviceable for even simplest of the faults. And the Company policy says that even if the technician is unable to resolve the issue, the charges are applicable & the customer has to buy a new product which automatically empowers them to declare each inspected product beyond repair so as to keep on minting charges from every call & pushing replacements ! Astonishing...my touch led pad just lost numeric 1 after 2yrs..which is beyond repair...unbelievbl

The camera has some serious limitations. It doesn’t capture all events reliably, so you end up missing important moments. On top of that, there’s no slider or timeline option to check recordings manually — you just have to sit and wait through playback. Fast forward or skip options are not available, which makes reviewing footage very frustrating.

The products are fine but the app is pathetic. What is the fun of using security cameras if the recording does not open up and take hours together. The Live Feed is okay. Do something. I purchased your products only because of your marketing tag line "Make in India /Trust of Hero Group". I hope you won't let down the customers like me.

This is honestly the most frustrating app I’ve ever used! I can’t even download my important videos — it just fails every time. The app keeps disconnecting for no reason, the view quality is terrible, and replay is super slow even though I’m using a high-endurance SSD! It crashes constantly and wastes so much time. Seriously, this is the worst decision I’ve made buying this product. Please fix your useless app before more people regret it!
