my favorite vpn, but... since yesterday i have a bug where i cant see above the connect button

Have been using for a while and worked well, but now having trouble and don't who to contact, in the app it says I need to buy a premium to access certain location (which I did) then I go and press to buy the monthly subscription again and it says I'm already subscribed, don't know what to do, plus the only location I bought this mainly for is sometimes there and sometimes missing. A bit annoying really!

Sadly had to bump down to 1 star. Since 2025 started - January - I Can't seem to get the VPN to connect. Been using the service for years. It was great. Now it just buffers saying loading. The very few times it manage to connect it doesn't stay connected - cuts off every few minutes - trys to reconnect. Getting frustrated. Paid for an annual subscription but no service. Why is this happening?

It does not work so do not install it, Update- Your app was released on playstore in 2014 and you are claiming that you are giving privacy services since 2007? Yeah that lie is totally believable. What further details do you need? It just does not even connect with the server that's the whole damn problem. Other vpn apps works instantly but yours does not
