Aplikasi Otentikasi adalah salah satu cara untuk Otentikasi agar pensiunan memperoleh kemudahan dalam mengambil uang pensiun, jika pensiunan memiliki kendala terkait penggunaan perangkat smartphone untuk otentikasi, pensiunan masih bisa datang langsung ke Mitra Bayar Bank atau Pos.

Dalam otentikasi ini akan diminta menirukan 3 gerakan yang akan diacak. Jika gagal maka akan diminta mengulang 2 kali.

Tujuan dibangunnya aplikasi ini adalah sebagai alternatif proses otentikasi bagi para pensiunan sehingga para pensiunan bisa melakukan otentikasi dimana saja dan kapan saja melalui smartphone.

Aplikasi ini diperuntukan bagi seluruh pensiunan dan akan lebih optimal digunakan oleh pensiunan yang baru memasuki masa pensiun.

The app is stuck and always keep loading, once i already record the face recognition, it always go back to the first step. This is the most and very worst app i have ever use!!!! As you see the app is for taking pension administration, but it doesn't work at all. Please improve your app, don't make elderly delay their pension fees just because the app isn't working!!!!!

This apps is annoying. Dull UI interface, frequent error on the authentication process without any explanation why it happens, and there's no option that helps user to fix that error. I just update the apps to its newest version, but there's no significant change on the apps. What's the point of updating this app if there's no improvement on it?

Here's my honest review for this app : 1. Not easy to use for elder by him/herself 2. The UI is not user friendly especially for elder people (small font and hard to read). 3. The chance getting an error is so huge, and user have no idea what the cause of error. 4. Infinite loading progress after finished scanning, not sure it is stuck and will succeed or failed (no UI explanation) Overall this App still not user friendly

Not working, after first face recognition verification just ask another but camera is not working on the second time, so it wait forever. Not working on newer device (android 9+), but strangely working on lower end devices. I really wondered what devices (and OS) you guys testing this app. Last update was a while ago. Still no fix. Seriously, you guys gave headache to the elders.

Already updated the app to the newest version. There's no problem with my wifi connection. But still this app is a trash! Barely detect any faces, often not responding, and always failed to connect to server. Bukannya mempermudah malah mempersulit. Bgst emg.

The point is that this application is not ready to be use and not only that, the server is also not capable, so it feels forced. Relevant parties please resolve this issue immediately!!!! User difficult to login..the app always said server busy try it 5 minutes later..it really inconvenient.
