adding on - customer care is equally hopeless when I called you. ok. so the problem with either Hyundai or the app is that if you don't buy an insurance from them they don't seem to update in the app/their records and keep calling you. to make things worse it's not one Hyundai dealer but multiple around and add to problems multiple people from each dealer. poor communication between the teams, poorly done updates in the app/their records and customer goes through the frustation.

Unable to add remove car if you own more than one. I was having i20 earlier which I have upgraded to Verna but when even after removing i20 I am still unable to add my Verna to the app. Pathetic app. And as the reply came from Hyundai, I had called customer care and he was not able to help me in any way. He said go for service may be service people can help you. I don't know what is happening with Hyundai

I recently purchased hyundai i20 asta optional and it has been only 2 months and I really had a very bad experience Headlight Performance – Not Good 2. Pickup (Acceleration) – Not Satisfactory, especially on a long drive like from Srinagar to Delhi. when Car feels sluggish or underpowered, especially on inclines or while overtaking.

It doesn't show cost calculator data for my car - Verna 2023. Initially I thought it's new car so they must be adding data in sometime but now it's more than 2 years but it still doesn't show. New cars like exter has their data feeded but now new Verna.

This app is no longer useful to me. I’ve changed my mobile number and can’t log in using my email and password because it says the password has expired. When I try to reset it using the “Forgot Password” option, it only allows input via the old mobile number—which I no longer have access to. It also rejects my current number, even though it was added as an alternate on my account.

The App lies,misrepresent,misguides customer , e.g. the vehicle service bill shown and ' track your service' tab in the application has wrong and misleading information, even after complaining to Hyundai India and the concerned service centre via telephonic conversation and face to face, several times till today, regarding the issue, the problem was ignored and misguided by both the party.
