If you have more than 1 property, the app doesn't let you toggle between dashboards. This is a huge problem. I don't want to have to go to a desktop site to look at my calendar or respond to an inquiry. I just chatted with support who suggested uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and now 10 minutes later still cannot get anything to load in the app!! Literally nothing is loading or working now! I do like that they are going to add a video option at some point, and the 3 photo search layout.

I'm in my 20s and find this app difficult to use and not at all intuitive. Hard to find anything. I spend most of my time on this app searching for things then eventually calling customer service who also seems to have trouble navigating the app. Airbnb is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to use. All of my other apps are easier than this one. Definitely not using VRBO for future bookings. I can fill up my calendar on Airbnb anyway.

Terrible app from both the owner and renter perspective. Communications are difficult. The calendar is not intuitive. Maybe they need to start from scratch. Update: so they have changed owner payments. In order to get paid i have to add bank information. Every time i try, i have to add my login information again even though I'm already logged in and then it says my login information is wrong. Fortunately I'm moving to air BNB when my year expires.

The app is just inferior to AirBnB. Initial setup was a nightmare. Even without failed log-in attempts, my account has been locked multiple times and I had to call customer service. It keeps telling me to add 25 photos even though I have 36 for my space. It's almost as if it assumes I have an incomplete listing each time I log in until I specifically select my rental and then it updates settings. Just a clunky app.

Whatever you guys recently did/updated messed up the entire application! Messages would never load, so I figured I'd try logging out and back in. Now, similar to other recent reviews, I'm unable to log in on the app, but it works on desktop. I can't always be on my desktop to respond to guests, as I'm sure others are in the same boat. Otherwise, why else have a mobile app to manage your listing(s)/guests. This is extremely unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed sooner than later!

Worst app ever! I have used the old app on my phone okay, but now it won't let me get to the host dashboard. It keeps trying to get me to sign up for the one key pass thing, has forced me to re login again and again. I finally said okay, I'll play your game, so I signed up for the one key thing, gave it a bogus name and a bogus password, but still couldn't get to the host dashboard, but it changed my host password! The app is unusable.
