Terrible - every time I attempt to 'book' tickets via the app, it redirects you to another provider in the browser, if you move away from the browser, it closes everything down. I finally got the tickets but when paying, I needed to approve the transaction so it took me out of the browser, I now have a pending payment with my bank which hadn't been finalised. Horrendous app!!

DON'T BOTHER!!!!! DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!Should be an option for minus stars!!!!! Just to rate how terrible the app is absolutely the worst app I've ever downloaded!!!! Wish there was a way I can be compensated for waste of time and data!! All the app does is open up to a picture of winter Wonderland that's it! No other way to access anything else at all or do anything else!! You're downloading a picture!!! That's it!!! WORSE APP IN HISTORY!!!! Disgusting complete waste of time as other reviews say!!

I don't usually write reviews but I thought it was important to share this one. The place isn't too bad but is very expensive and they have a very poor control on how many people they let in at a time. They push you to book in advance online so you can save with the entrance but be aware that if you go in the evening, is very likely that you won't have time to go to the attractions you have booked as the queues can get really big and they don't give your money back after you bought in advance

This might be the only app where I'd consider a refund of the data required to download. Took 5 attempts to make work, then couldn't find tickets despite me signing in on the same address, and then wouldn't search for them when put in reference and postcode. I can only assume this app is a practical joke pulled on all of us, it's that useless.

Great to have tickets on hand but little value for money. The app is great for accessing tickets but winter wonderland itself is over priced and over crowded. There are stalls all selling the same things and the queues are so long that pre booking tickets isn't worth it. Wouldn't go again.

Totally useless. Have tried installing it a couple of times and all it gives me is a pretty picture with no clue how to get any further! I see others have the same problem. Time for a rethink? As I only go to Winter Wonderland once, I can live without it! Have uninstalled.
