I am TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED. Can't service my newly bought Honda scooter just because this app wouldn't open, it says "Security Alert: Suspicious activity detected. The app will now close. (error code: 003)" with absolutely NO actionable suggestions to resolve this. I had to borrow another person's phone just so that I can service my scooter.

Start from loading, takes ages. Login: cannot login, always error no matter how I tried. Tried to re-register but failed as the phone number already on registered but the OTP never sent, the email never arrived. Use 'lupa password' but nothing happens except for error massage. I thought this app was from the famous Honda but perhaps this is from third party who still don't know what to do, with all the same comment about login and errors. Seriously? You got brand to protect.

App is laggy. Touch a button and it will take more than 10 seconds to respond. The only good thing going on for this app is its online service booking system, yet it shows my nearest AHASS repair shop as closed even though it's open so I have to look for another. Needs a lot of improvements. Wouldn't recommend it for now. AHM go fix your app.

Lags and unresponsive most of the time. It's supposed to be basic for apps to NOT be like that. When it's fixed then I'll do proper review.

fix the app. to many pop up kinda annoying. the control not smooth. the UI is great the UX make me want to deleted it. to much delay, even when ur internet working perfectly fine. the recent update... please fix it. better the previous version than the new version. one thing than honda never fix the slow response of the app.
