I am unhappy with the lack of upfront notice about the fees and the inability to converse with people without paying. I signed up, and added my picture but had not intended to buy a monthly subscription. the site is perhaps akin to match in that way. the pictures are too small for easy perusal, making identifying prospects tiring, because I have to open each to even see the person clearly. the visual framework should be more like okc. I do encourage multifaceted profile forms and prompts.

The app is a good idea but not working. when you're trying to go to the different pages, they connection times out and you have to click over and over and over again. You also can't message anyone without paying for a subscription nor can you see the messages that someone left you. Unproductive in my opinion, I don't even have the opportunity to connect with anyone to see if I would want to pay for a longer subscription. the customer service is attentive, I emailed them recently about why I couldn't see my messages with a premium membership but no response yet. Hopefully they'll work out the Kinks and this app can be 100% great!

Its a fairly decent app for the most part. Filtering searches and more search "options" are definitely needed. Just needs some more tweaking. In closing, one really big pet peeve is that we should have the option to terminate our account through the app or website. I appreciate how quickly i got a response through email. However, only allowing members to "deactivate" their accounts makes me feel uncomfortable personally about dealing with that particular app. Hope this helps.

Update: The app is still giving me trouble. I am just going to accept my losses. Update: The customer service personnel were very professional and helpful. After only a 5 minutes conversation and some email conversation I was able to use the app. I downloaded the app and paid the subscription unfortunately it does work I keep getting the code 403. Can't find the group on fb anymore, therefore I'm unable to report this problem to their customer service team. I need my money back surely.

So far so good, I like the no catfishing aspect of the app so nobody can be fooled. I suggest making it requirement to post at least 3 pictures minimum. The photos might be verified but the one profile pictures some have do not allow you to really see their face. So far I don't have any issues other than the pool is very young, I am assuming that once I pay for a subscription I can utilize more features so I will see. I will follow up in about a month. So far no complaints.

Its ok but could be better.... It seems like there is always a system lag when scrolling. Been on for a few months after giving it a second try. The first time had no luck. I understand yes you have to pay but the options /quality of potentials isnt the greatest. I get monthly system error issues where I can't log into my account and it often times takes a while before customer service responds.
