You want to load the app on your phone to avoid ordering from the internet where there are many "fake" companies pretending to be Luvme Hair. It's a very good idea, however app is not working well. You CANNOT delete items from your shopping basket. The "edit" function only lets you increase or decrease quantities, but does not edit quality of 1 to zero, and no delete order option is given. PLEASE fix your app!!

The notifications are too aggressive; both from my phone and through Whatsapp(being in Whatsapp is crazy to me). Yes I can mute them(which I did), but the aggressive amount of notifications had the opposite effect of what you were trying to accomplish. Now that I've muted the app, I rarely pay attention to it.

I'm not typically a person who buys wigs but recently I been feeling for a change and I couldn't have went with a better company! My first purchase was the wet and wavy headband wig and it absolutely exceeded my expectations now I keep coming back for more wigs of different styles and types! The ordering process is quick and easy and the shipping was very fast. I received my order within 4 days! The packaging was very presentable. Everything about this company is a thousand stars for me!

App will not sync with my account even when correct email/password are used to sign in.. So, order history is not there. Wish list is empty (even though it actually has quite a bit in it). So, it's not worth downloading. Might as well just use the webpage.

This app has honestly helped me so much especially with ordering hair absolutely love it I have about 3 wigs now from here and they have such a reasonable price including all the freebies like the pouch with a edge brush,the hair brushes and a few more thing I was so shocked love love love luvme hair👌😘

I have several wigs from Luvme in the past. All extremely nice wearable straight out of the box. My recent purchase was quite a letdown. Two wigs poorly packed one comb in a plastic pouch. They both smelled so bad I could not even try them on until I wash them. I guess they just aren't as eager to please their customers anymore.
