Absolute Garbage. The phone app barely connects half the time. Every day I'm hit with connection errors and have to reset the camera multiple times a day. Even then, still get connection issues. I could be standing a few away from the nursery door, wifi or 5g, freshly restarted router, and it will fail to connect. Don't plan on using the white noise or lullaby feature cause you can click it a dozen times and it wont turn on, phone app or the direct monitor screen. Get any other baby monitor.

We have been using the app for about a month and it is very spotty in its runnabilty. It will say the camera is offline and to reconnect to wifi, but there is no reset, settings or options to fix the wifi. I had to unplug the camera from the outlet and plug back in, then it connected to the app. Often it gives us a disconnected message and I have to close app and restart. The camera and parent monitor are fantastic, the picture and sound is clear and functions wonderfully. App is subpar.

hubbleclub app may be one of the worst applications I have ever dealt with. For dealing with the safety of children, this may be one of the biggest jokes. When the app can connect to your monitor it's great. But that amount of time it just spins and wont connect is more often than not. When you try to play music, you get timeout request within 3 secs of trying. if the music does get going it randomly shuts off even with a timer going.

After the most recent update, the app is somehow even worse, nearly useless. Prior to the update we would occasionally disconnect, have trouble loading when opening the app, or we'd have to completely restart the app to make the picture-in-picture mode work. Now we can rarely successfully connect first try, the feed randomly buffers FOREVER before just disconnecting, and we frequently cannot turn on the light. Fully prepared to buy an entirely different brand/system.

new update: cameras disconnected and won't reconnect because network password contains spaces. App is useless now. App seems to work fine. It prompted me to write a review during initial startup, which is excessively early. It has also tried to sell me on a subscription no less than 6 times and I don't have the device up and running yet. The temperature reading is not accurate. It says 81° when my laser thermometer says the camera is 74°.

the camera is always "offline." there's no way to establish the connection it's supposed to have. I am connected, but the livingroom has just been disconnected forever at least we still had the crib connection even though it always goes out and I have to get off of the app, get back on. now it's just not connected to either one and there's nothing I can do about it. even on the console, it was always disconnecting & connecting just like the app.
