i find the many texts to be redundate and annoying. Their processing of scripts is poor. will text me to inform a start to fill in 2-3 days, text saying they are beginning an order, then a text to say its canceled because its too soon, all of this should not happen because of auto refill, yet the explanation is that I am somehow to blame. I could elaborate on more, but i am just so tired of it and speaking to anyone is USELESS. I'll just return to Walmart pharmacy. no problems there.

ordered from my OTC allowance, and on my previous order, everything was doubled up. Called customer service and had the entire order canceled. Had to reorder it all again. I just placed another order and it happened again. I didn't catch it before it shipped this time, so now all of my spending allowance is gone for this quarter. And as someone else had stated, you can't see the entire package of the products they sell, and I would like to see the ingredients before I purchase them.

I would love to be able to use Humana's apps for myself and my elderly mother. But they've been more of a hassle to use than they should be. I spent over an hour with their tech person last Friday. I was able to get into the apps for both accounts. Days later, they no longer recognize my device. Signing into the app and updating account info like an address is nearly impossible bc their big chat button is always in the way. I can't get into the app > msg says tech problems their end.

App works well, but there appears to be deficiencies in processes. Orders held up with no explanation. Orders canceled, then reordered, all of which are listed under status, which is extremely confusing when checking order status. Messaging does not work. Receive notifications of message, click a notification, and it disappears, takes you to App, but there are no messages; total waste of time. A normal text to phone would be more productive.

Midway through order if you search "nothing exists " then it refuses to allow you to select any more items. Then, you can't check out. Your only option is to sign out and lose everything you chose. Then it doesn't let you sign in again. Went through this for two days. Gave up and tried on a different phone without search or mistakes to complete order.

Ok app, I mainly use it to order over the counter products. The product pictures and descriptions are poor or non-existent and only show the front of the item. The pictures get blurry if you try to enlarge them further. It's best to purchase whatever is in your cart before you go to research a product that doesn't have a good description and/or picture. If you take too long you will lose everything in your cart which is very frustrating!
